Care Announcement:
Delivering the best of the best! The Caregiver’s Resource Helpline
Partners with Senior Approved Services
September 12, 2005
Atlanta, Ga. - Responding to the growing number of people caring for an
aging family member, the Caregiver’s Resource Helpline (www.caregiversresource.com),
a toll-free (888-791-7301) automated voice-information service, provides
easy access to professional guidance, emotional reassurance and the
“trusted” resources needed to help plan and manage the care of
an aging family member.
Available 24-hours,
callers can simply listen to information dealing with the most common
concerns of caregiving, connect through the Directory of Senior Approved
Services to local advertisers, receive a fax-brochure and/or consult with
advertisers during normal business hours. All advertisers are
independently certified to have a 90% or higher customer satisfaction
rating.
This is the one call that
does it all! Often
unprepared, a caregivers greatest challenge is knowing what resources are
available, how to find them and what to do with them. The Caregiver’s
Resource Helpline helps to shorten the learning curve and
equip caregivers with effective guidance, advice, reassurance and
“trusted” resources.
“Partnering with Senior
Approved Services (www.seniorapprovedservices.com)
is a match made in heaven.” says John L Webb, Jr. owner/operator of the
Caregiver's Resource Helpline. “In
my experience as a medical home care social worker and hospital discharge
planner, I counseled patients
and family members who were anxious and unprepared for managing the
circumstances and impact of a sudden illness. Creating the Caregiver's
Resource Helpline was a “heart-felt” response to find a way to empower
them with solution oriented information and guidance to navigate the maze
of decision-making to care for an aging family member.
Working with Senior Approved Services, the industry’s
first consumer-driven survey process
gives the added assurance of linking callers with
‘trusted” resources who can deliver on what they say.”
Piloting in metro-Atlanta and scheduled to launch September 2005, promoting
the Caregiver's Resource Helpline nationwide to doctors, hospital
discharge planners, senior citizen centers, social and community services
etc. is an attractive opportunity for corporations to sponsor and
demonstrate support for seniors and for advertisers with direct product or
services to aid seniors and their caregivers.
In the best interest of the consumer, the Caregiver’s Resource Helpline
and Senior Approved Services partnership creates the opportunity to
promote the “best of the best”. Corporations wishing to sponsor this initiative
or advertisers willing to demonstrate worthiness should contact John L
Webb, Jr. 888-791-7301 or
Barbara Mascio
, Senior Approved
Services, 877-620-6448.
