Callers to the the Caregiver's Resource Helpline for Employers listen to  pre-recorded information dealing with the common concerns of caring for an aging family member and access to a list of available local resources through the Directory of Senior Approved Services.  

Employers are able to customize a pre-recorded "Welcome" message for callers.  This provides an added value of personalizing the Caregiver's Resource Helpline for Employers to blend with your organization's culture.  In support of your communication plan, we can provide templates for referral information, posters, etc.
