 Self Help for the Caregiver   

The act of caregiving is giving of oneself to help others.  For some this is a very natural way of behaving and responding to people in need, others may unexpectedly find themselves in a cargiving situation.  Regardless of the circumstance, it's important to remember, in the service of others, do not become a disservice to yourself.
