Meeting the need, calling the  Caregiver's Resource Helpline™  provides easy access, 24 hours a day, to caregivng information, eldercare businesses and service providers who list in the Directory of Resources and Service.  Callers are more likely to choose among three (3) trusted referrals rather than making dozens of calls or search for hours on the Internet to find the right one.  In response to each inquiry, the caller is provided with up to three business referrals, to help them deal with a particular caregiving concern.

Transparency is the cornerstone of our service delivery and we seek eldercare businesses and service providers willing to prove they offer the highest quality of value and service for our callers.

Third Party Validation

Our partnership with Senior Approved Services, LLC, the first and only company nationwide that uses customer satisfaction survey results as a measuring device to determine proof of quality service, can validate that your business is indeed an ethical and safe reliable company to contract with. With rising costs of medical care, reports of elder abuse and fraud, and concerns about ongoing customer support, callers demand better information prior to making a purchasing decision.

 Businesses serving our elderly, the senior, and the family caregiver are presented with an opportunity to advertise as “Certified" Senior Approved” to further demonstrate credibility, competency and dependability.   Our third party validation services offers the following three levels of certification for the consumer to consider when making a purchasing decision:

	Certified Senior Approved - services are stable businesses, operating for a minimum of three years. We verify their business license, business insurance, employee hiring & screening procedures, and check their references. Each agrees to our Code of Ethics. Each contracts with us to conduct an independent survey of their elderly clients and families. The clients of these services have rated their experience at a 90% or higher satisfaction rating through our exclusive survey process. Each are listed by category of service.
	Preferred Provider - Certified Senior Approved Service that has successfully met or exceeded our stringent screening process three or more years in a row. Each are listed by category of service.
	Senior Advocate business does meet basic requirements. Utilizing a third-party background screening process, we verify their business license, business insurance, and each signs our Code of Ethics. See Advocates
