E-book Navigation

Question 1: How do I navigate the audio e-book?

Generally, begin with the Table of Contents to select and click the link to an identified Program or Topic of Interest. Within each Program of Interest click the link to an identified Topic of Interest, Practical Pointer, Worksheet and/or Assessment. On any page, simply click "Next Page" or "Previous Page" at the top of the page to move through the e-book.

Question 2: What are the functions of the toolbar buttons?

Answer:

The Home is an easy way for you to go back to the beginning of the e-book.
The History Back/Forward works like those on any browser enabling you to choose "Back" to return to a page just viewed and "Forward" to return to the subsequent page(s) view.
The Stop button allows you to make a page stop loading for whatever reason.
The Full Screen makes your pages as large as your client's computer can handle.
The Font Size enables you to increase and/or decrease the font to make it easier to read the e-book.
The About button is a reference for contacting Caregiver's Resource Inc.
The Exit enables you to close the e-book.

Question 3: Can I go to web pages on the Internet directly from my e-book?

Answer: Yes, you can go to any web page or program on the Internet. Click the "Back" button to return to the e-book content.

Question 4: If I go to an external page from my e-book will it open up in the same E-Book?

Answer: The e-book will display the HTML pages within its own window.
